SIPPAD · EXPERIMENTAL PROTEIN MAPPING
Protein Activity Mapper
Generate candidate peptides either by sliding-window length or by in-silico protease digestion, then interrogate the selected SAPIEN-Pep specialist engine and project activity back onto the parent protein.
Experimental research tool. Enzyme mode uses encoded cleavage rules to generate putative digestion products. It does not model digestion kinetics, enzyme concentration, accessibility, secondary structure or peptide abundance. SAPIEN-Pep prediction logic is unchanged.
Activity map
Y-axis: fraction of resolved generated peptides covering each residue that were predicted positive. This is a computational activity landscape, not an experimentally measured residue-level activity.
